Getting Ready to Spook the Neighborhood - Maybe just the cat

Seriously our decorations are strictly at the "preschool"  level of scary. Happy pumpkins and a scarecrow. Throw in some artificial leaves and we are ready to put the candy out. Yes we live in a town where you can leave a bowl of premium candy(the chocolate stuff) with a take-one sign out on the front porch and there will be candy left when you get back from your trick-or-treating adventures. But I am really proud and amazed at the creativity so many families put into decorating their front yards. Some homes actually creep you out on a very adult level without being too literal and violent. Good Job Elwood! Since the babies are just that, babies, we will stick with the happy pumpkin.
